Less Poverty
Due to the fact that President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo has more concerns for international standing and himself rather than the people of Equatorial Guinea, he has been using the money that comes from the oil reserves very poorly. His poor spending habits need to change. Rather than making an extravagant lifestyle for himself, the president could be using that money to create benefits for families in poverty. With the government benefits, families would be able to have extra income for their families. Furthermore, the president should also stop building cities and put the money towards building new stores, restaurants, and other buildings that could provide jobs for Equatoguineans. With the extra money from government benefits, as well as the new income from a job, Equatoguineans would be much better off and the poverty level would decline rapidly.
